Todos os palestrantes e apresentadores de trabalho, seja na forma de pôster ou na forma de speed talk, devem submeter um resumo (escrito preferencialmente no idioma inglês) para o evento. Para a submissão, o participante deve estar inscrito no evento.
As sessões serão compostas por palestras de 30 min. Pede-se, entretanto, que o palestrante prepare para a exposição em 25 min, e que reserve 5 minutos para debate.
Minha pesquisa em 3 slides. Slides de preferência em inglês. Por favor, pedimos para os selecionados nos enviarem o arquivo da apresentação até 12/09. Pedimos também um pôster para que os conferencistas possam se familiarizar com o trabalho. A ordem da apresentação será a seguinte:
A elaboração da arte do pôster é livre. Medidas máximas: 120 x 90 cm. Todos os pôsteres devem ser colocados nos primeiros momentos do evento, assim durante o coffee break todos já podem ver os trabalhos. Durante a sessão de pôster, cada autor que não apresentou na forma de speed talk terá 2 min para falar sobre o trabalho.
